The Nanogun Airspray manual electrostatic low pressure spray gun was specially designed for spraying liquid paints at low pressures in many markets, such as aerospace, agricultural & construction, metallic furnitures, wood and automotive industries. The Nanogun Airspray differentiates itself with its lightweight, ergonomic design thus improving operator comfort.

Paint may be supplied to the gun via a pump, a pressure tank, or a circulating. When spraying, the charged paint drops will follow the lines of the electric field to the part. Electrostatics produce a paint savings and wraparound effect which reduces overspray and pollution. Adding compressed air to it allows enhanced penetration into cavities.

Water-Based Stains

Water-Based Wood Stains have all the advantages of oil-based stains. They spread easily, can be repaired, blend effortlessly & have plenty of open time. The thicker formula allows for controlled penetration, which will reduce blotching on softer woods such as Aspen, Pine & Maple.

Top Coat Polyurethane Multi-Component

Polyurethane Top Coat is a two- or three-pack isocyanate-cured polyurethane that gives a durable, high gloss finish. Isocyanates included in the hardener are moisture-sensitive & need a specific process for insulating the circuit.

Penetrant (NDT Testing)

Dye penetrant inspection (DPI), also called liquid penetrant inspection (LPI) or penetrant testing (PT), is a widely applied & low-cost inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics).
